I was reading the board earlier regarding paternity test's... where the girls are discussing never sleeping with 2 men in the same day or even the same week. haha....

I remember in college dating two guys at once. I wasn't devoted to either of them. I guess I was using them but they were using me too. I wasn't looking for a relationship and I wasn't in a relationship at the time either. I remember sleeping with both of them in one day (haha my slut moment, I guess). It was a weekend. I had seen the one early in the day and then left and went to saw the other one that night :) What can I say I like to have fun!!! Yes I'm smart and used protection and yes I knew who the guys were as I was close friends with both of them, they weren't one night stands.... anyway I don't know where I'm going with this post?!??? O'well. Man the fun times!! haha!! If you are single, enjoy it ;)

1st impressions

Welp cocky, arrogant people really annoy me... I can usually stand people. I work as a consultant, plus I travel, so I deal with a lot of people all the time. I don't mind when someone knows their stuff, I usually appreciate it. BUT I hate when someone tries to be rude about it and condensing about it. I'm happy for ya. Really I am but I'm only trying to do my job and get stuff working. Please don't tell me how my software works, I know how it works and how to install it, thank you very much. Please listen to me when doing things, it's for your own good and will get us to places faster. Please listen to your boss when he gives you an order, it helps me and you get things completed. Please stop acting like a know-it-all! UGH! I hope my 2nd impression is better than my first!

Vegas

Wow what a busy weekend!!! Sooo much fun. I got to show Carl and my parents around the strip. We ate in the Belligeo on Friday night. Carl and I walked the north end of the strip then played at the casino next to the timeshare. Saturday we went to the Hoover Dam and got a wonderful tour. Sooo neat! The bridge they are building is amazing!! Def worth the trip. Saturday night we went to Fremont street and ate down there. The light show is really kewl. I had seen it a couple of years back but it's still neat to see. We came back and played at the casino next door again. I won a little and Carl won lot playing some games. Today we went to the south end of the strip and walked around some of the hotels. We ate at Rainforest Cafe then dropped Carl at the airport so that he could fly home. My parents and I went to the outlets... nothing really great there. We then came back to the resort and relaxed.

The timeshare has been really nice. Carl and I had our own place and my parents had their own place. It was sooo nice to see Carl. I'm glad that he made the short trip. I was so sad to see him leave today. Boo! I can't wait to go home on Friday. It's been 3 weeks! Yuck!

Well Vancouver is over...

Welp I'm sitting in the Vegas airport waiting for my parents and carl to get in. Vancouver was long and quick at the same time. I really like the ppl at that company. The weather was yucky unless you are above the fog. I really enjoyed my trip on the weekend. On Saturday I went to Capilano bridge, Shannon Fall's, Brackendale, and Whistler. It was really amazing to see the sites. On Sunday I went downtown and took a trolley all around the city. Really kewl! Let the year of travel begin

Welp I have been prepping for this trip since November. I even bought a new backpack for my camera and laptop. (which worked very well!!!) I am in Vancouver for 2 weeks for work. I decided to stay over the weekend so see the sights since I don't think I'll ever find myself here again. Carl was suppose to come for the weekend but he has to travel so he couldn't :( After my 2 weeks in Vancouver, I'm going to meet my parents in Vegas for the weekend, since they are coming out for vacation. Carl was again suppose to come but he has a court case the Tuesday and couldn't miss too much work... so needless to say I'm not going to see my husband for 3 weeks. After Vegas I'm off to New Mexico for another work project and then I'll finally go home. It's going to be a long 3 weeks but jammed pack with things to do.

I really enjoyed my Under Armour project. It was nice to be home for several weeks. I def don't miss the driving but it was nice to sleep in my own bed at night and eat diner with my husband, something we usually only get to do on weekends.

I think my cold is finally breaking... it's still annoying and I still have a funny voice.

Carl and I have a weight loss chag going on... who can lose the most weight in the next 3 weeks... We each have prizes chosen, so it will be interesting.
